Bachelor of Theology Program
This program is for 4 years and is an intensive program concerned with both personal and community spiritual life, which offers a solid theological foundation. This theological foundation consists of:
- Biblical Interpretation, including Greek and Hebrew.
- Healthy Biblical teachings about God, man, and Jesus Christ, God’s plan of salvation and His Church.
- Church History, including an emphasis on Russian Church History.
- Russian Culture and Philosophy in light of the Bible.
- Instruction for Practical Ministry in the areas of Evangelism, Discipleship, Church Planting, Pastoral Ministries, Children and Youth Work, Counseling, Pedagogy, and Missions.
Practical ministries, related to this program, are performed by all students in local Churches, orphanages, and Christian summer camps.
Bachelor of Pastor of Youth Minsitry
This program of study is for three years and focuses on practical ministry aspects. While offering a solid theological foundation the main focus of the program is in the practical ministry sphere of youth ministry. The students of this program will be well grounded in practical theology, various areas of youth ministry and leadership. The students in this program will be required to have extensive practical experience among youth before entering the program as well as during the three years of study at SPCU.
Bachelor of Christian Education
This program of study is for three years and focuses on practical ministry aspects. While offering a solid theological foundation the main focus of the program is in the practical ministry sphere as well as in the education sphere. The students of this program will be well grounded in practical theology, various areas of pedagogy as well as small group organization and leadership. The students in this program will be required to have extensive practical experience among children and youth before entering the program as well as during the three years of study at SPbCU. These areas of experience while at SPbCU will come from active participation in a Church ministry while studying and then practical ministry experience that will be organized during the summer months.
Part-time Bachelor of Chrisitian Ministry Program
The goal of this program is to prepare Christians to conduct ministry in local churches. The length of the program is four years, and the programs consists of two sessions per year, (one two week session in during the fall semester and one two week session during the spring semester). With the successful completion of the program the graduate will receive a diploma from St. Petersburg Christian University.
Every session will consist of 60 hours of in class time: this time will consist of lectures, reports, exams, and also receiving assignments which will be completed once the student returns to their home ministry.
In between sessions the students are required to participate in 210 hours of service either in the church or in a Christian ministry.

Master of Theology in Biblical Studies
SPbCU offers a residential Master of Theology program on the SPbCU campus. This program is a 2 year program in the British research degree format. Classes are held on the SPbCU campus and the students will remain on the SPCU campus to do their writing and research as well. The focus is to train professors for Bible Schools, Christian Colleges, and Christian Universities as well as to prepare specialists in the area of Christian Evangelical Apologetics.
